FAQ’s

Q: Can I record my session?
A: Absolutely! But not without prior consent. It is always a good idea to record your session or take notes because some of the information given may prove helpful even several months from your reading and it is good to have that record to go back to for reference.

Q: I am feeling ill, is it ok if I still have my session?
A: It is not the best idea to have your reading when you are sick for a couple of reasons. First off, you need your rest in order to recover. Secondly, if you are ill, your energy will be very flat, making the connections not as strong. If you are feeling poorly, please do not hesitate to reschedule your session.

Q: Can I bring guests to my reading?
A: No. In those situations one persons energy could overshadow yours and you may find much of the information coming through could be pertinent to your guest rather than yourself. If you feel you need to have someone accompany you for moral support please alert us ahead of time and we can suggest several coffee shops where your companion can wait while you are in your session. We do not have a waiting room. If you would like a guest join you in the reading room please inquire for group reading rates.

Q: Do you come to my house?
A: Yes. I am happy to travel to your home or location for parties and group events.

Q: Do you do one question readings?
A: Not typically. For single questions tips and insights follow me on Facebook where these are offered daily.

Q: I missed my appointment, can I reschedule?
A: Please keep in mind that we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy, and let us know if circumstances arise that cause you to miss your appointment so we can get you in the next opportunity. No show/No call or repeat cancellations or reschedules will be subject to a $25.00 reschedule fee or in some cases not scheduled for future appointments.

Q: What if I am late to my appointment?
A: If you are up to 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be given the option of taking the balance of your scheduled appointment time, or rescheduling your appointment for a later date. This is so that the clients scheduled for sessions after yours can start and end their sessions on time. If you arrive over 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled, as the balance of the scheduled reading time would not be sufficient to connect for a productive reading. In these cases a reschedule fee will apply.

Q: How often should I have readings?
A: I typically tell people 4 times a year, however sometimes situations arise you may wish for extra guidance, but never more often than monthly.

Q: How old do you have to be to get a reading?
A: For private readings you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age I may ask that you have a parent or guardian present or suggest a gallery or group reading.
